My official stance is "Not Sure" on Naval warfare. The Unreal Engine is very powerful and almost anything is possible so I will leave it at that.

Considering those battleships had 8 synchronized flack cannons per side in DC, not much.
BTW, naval warfare would be an extremely cool feature. Midway was always a lot of fun in DC.

I think the unreal engines tcp query can be used with PHP somehow.. I saw something in regards to php and hooking into it some place.
